This privacy policy applies to the Momi pregnancy tracker app for mobile devices (the "Application") and the website at momipregnancy.com (the "Website"). Both are provided by Muneeb Rana (Xtra App Studios) (the "Service Provider", "we", "us") as a freemium service, "as is".

1. Information we collect in the app

Information collected automatically. When you download and use the Application, it may collect:

your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
the screens of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit and the time spent on them
the time spent in the Application
the operating system on your device
device and advertising identifiers, diagnostics and usage data

Information you provide. For a better experience, we may ask you for personally identifiable information, including your email address and name. The pregnancy details you enter, such as your due date, diary entries, weight, appointments, kick counts, contractions and photos, are health information.

Location. The Application does not collect your precise location.

to show ads in the free version
to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices and, where permitted, marketing

The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

In the free version, ads are served by AdMob, which may use identifiers to show personalised ads. Momi's App Store privacy label lists Contact Info and Identifiers under "Data Used to Track You".

How to limit tracking: on iPhone, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. Premium removes ads.

4. When we disclose information

We may disclose information you provide and information collected automatically:

as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
with trusted service providers who work on our behalf, don't have an independent use of the information, and have agreed to follow this policy

We do not sell your personal information.

5. The website

The Website's free tools (due date calculator, How Many Weeks Pregnant Am I?, kick counter and contraction timer) run in your browser. The dates and counts you enter in these tools are not sent to us or stored on our servers.

The Website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, such as pages viewed and the tools used. Where the law requires it, analytics only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Our hosting provider may log IP addresses for security.

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

6. Opt-out rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using your device's standard uninstall process or the app store.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain information you provide for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time after that. To ask us to delete the data you've provided, email muneebrana@xtraappstudios.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To use these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Children

The Application is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you're a parent or guardian and know that your child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.

10. Security

We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and keep. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Please check this page regularly; continuing to use the Application or Website after a change means you accept the updated policy.

By using the Application or Website, you consent to the processing of your information as set out in this policy.
