These terms of use ("Terms") apply to the Momi app (the "App") and the website at momipregnancy.com (the "Website"), provided by Muneeb Rana trading as Xtra App Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not medical advice
Momi provides general information and tools for tracking a pregnancy. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Due dates, week counts, baby sizes, kick counts and contraction timings are estimates. Always follow the advice of your doctor, midwife or other qualified health professional, and never delay seeking care because of something you read or saw in Momi. If you think you or your baby may be in danger, call your local emergency number or maternity unit straight away. See our medical disclaimer.
2. Who can use Momi
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. If you're under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms.
3. App store terms
If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, unless these Terms give you more rights. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its support.
4. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App or Website, or use them in any unlawful way.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add to Momi, such as diary entries and photos. You're responsible for it, and for keeping backups of anything important.
6. Premium, payments and subscriptions
Momi is free to download and contains ads. Optional Premium features (the pregnancy journey timeline, PDF ebook export and no ads) are sold through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the App.
- Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
7. Ads and third parties
The free App shows ads from third parties, and the App and Website may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for third-party content, products or services. How data is used for ads is explained in our privacy policy.
8. Website tools
The Website's free tools run in your browser and are provided for general information only. They don't store the information you enter.
9. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App, Website or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; if we make important changes, we'll post the new Terms here with a new date. Continuing to use Momi after a change means you accept the new Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information in Momi. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Ending use
You can stop using Momi at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
